Wakefield UMC - A fairly young United Method Church with great pastors and congregation. The sermons are always engaging and the praise band (under the direction of Cary Strickland) is GREAT! Currently meeting in the Banks Kerr YMCA but we are growing and hope to start building a permanent church on the land that has already been purchased.

Linda Eve Diamond - Author,
Poet, Nutritionist, Listening Skills Trainer. We met Linda recently
during one of Jeff Novick's lectures. One of the nicest people you'll
ever meet. I confess that I have never been a poetry fan - but that
could change. I found the few poems of Linda's that I have listened to
so far to be very insightful and clever - without being pompous or
bizarre (in an attempt to be more "artsy"). Check out one of her poems
in our Entertaining Diversions sections. Update: We could see this coming when we first met Linda and Jeff - They Got Married!!! Poor Linda! I think she is in for a big bunch of Crazy - but she will never be bored! We wish them all the best!
